Donate to Our Silent Auction

Help make the Maddyn’s Mission Silent Auction a success by donating an item, service, experience, or gift basket to our 2nd Annual Chili Cook-Off. Donations big and small are welcome! Every contribution adds something special to the auction, gives guests another reason to bid, and helps raise money for Maddyn’s Mission scholarships for kids.

Our silent auction depends on the generosity of businesses, families, and friends who choose to give. A gift certificate from a neighborhood restaurant, a handmade creation, or a larger experience can each make a meaningful difference. Together, these donations become an opportunity to honor Maddyn and invest in a child’s future. 

All silent auction proceeds go to Maddyn’s Mission scholarships.

We’re open to ideas of all kinds and would love to hear what you have in mind! Donation ideas include:

• Gift cards for restaurants, shops, salons, or local attractions
• Themed gift baskets, food baskets, and specialty treats
• Products or services from your business
• Hotel stays, vacation getaways, and unique experiences
• Sporting event tickets, concert tickets, and entertainment packages
• Artwork, handmade items, jewelry, and home décor
• Beauty, wellness, fitness, and self-care packages
• Classes, lessons, photography sessions, and professional services
• Outdoor gear, tools, sporting goods, and family activities

No donation has to be extravagant to matter. Smaller items can shine on their own or help create a wonderful basket. We appreciate the thought, time, and generosity behind every contribution.

Donating is a meaningful way to give back while sharing what makes your business special. Auction items will be listed online for guests to preview before the event, offering an opportunity for people to discover your products, services, or experiences. At the Cook-Off, your donation can introduce your business to community members who may become future customers—all while supporting a cause close to our hearts.

Please include your business name, contact information, and logo, if applicable, so we can identify and acknowledge your contribution.

Please arrange for donations to be received by October 30, 2026. This gives us time to organize donations and prepare the online previews. Please complete the Donation Form below if you would like to donate an item and a Maddyn's Mission representative will reach out to coordinate with you. 

Browse the auction items online before the event, then join us for in-person silent auction bidding from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Chili Cook-Off. Discover something you love and know that your bid supports scholarships for kids.
